Edmonds waterfront hosts a marina and fishing off the pier and in the Sound, especially during salmon runs is quite popular. Edmonds Yacht. Club was formed in 1961 and consists of a wide spectrum of boaters, from young families to retirees. They conduct a cruise almost every month.

Also on the waterfront are Anthony's Homeport and Arnie's, both very popular restaurants with incredible views.

Edmonds also has a commuter train station that travels from Everett to downtown Seattle and a Washington state ferry that gives you the opportunity to enjoy the Olympic Peninsula.

Condos are another popular option in Edmonds. Walking in Edmonds is a popular pasttime with its many sidewalks and beautiful views of Puget Sound and the Olympic Mountains. Many condos for sale are close to downtown Edmonds.
